- Doors open at 8 am daily. Auction start times will be announced the week of the auction.
- Buyer's Premium: The Buyer's Premium for this sale is 13% on vehicles and 18% on collectibles
- Payment: Payments are payable directly to Leake Auction Company in U.S Dollars
- Lot Removal: Lots must be removed from the auction site by 5 pm Monday, February 26.
- Buyer is responsible for insuring lots as soon as they are declared the buyer of the vehicle.
- Before purchasing a vehicle for export out of the U.S., please review the receiving country's import laws prior to bidding.
- All lots are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" and all bids placed are binding.
- Admission is $20 for Adults, $15 for Seniors & Military with ID, $7 Children 3-12
