(2) If someone else, such as family or friends, is picking up for you, you must email us the Item Release Form along with the person’s name. They will need to present their photo ID upon arrival. (3) If you are using a third-party logistics company, email us the Item Release Form and the Bill of Lading from the logistics company. Make sure to send this from the email address listed on the Item Release Form.
