Up for auction is various amounts of scrap metal. Buyer must take all items, and buyer is responsible for loadout.
As is, Where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer.

Before any contractor can perform any type of service or work on Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission property, we will require a current Certificate of Liability Insurance and BWC Certificate. Specifically, the following information is required on the Certificate of Liability Insurance Acord 25 Form as requested by our General Counsel:
Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as an additional insured.
- Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission is to be named as the certificate holder.
- The certificate should note that the policies are primary and non-contributory.
- $2 million commercial general liability.
- $1 million automobile liability.

Shipping & Pick Up Details
You must call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule pickup.
Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date, the item will be considered abandoned and disposed of or re-sold by the Seller. All abandonments are non-refundable.
Items auctioned are for pickup only.
Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
Employees may not aid in the removal process.
No exceptions will be considered.
