Needs new battery or jump started. Has rust. Was used as a drivers ed vehicle and has passenger side brake.

Condition: All items are as is, where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Inspection before bidding is recommended and viewing days are Friday December 20, 2024 12:15PM-3:00PM and Friday January 3, 2025 12:15PM-3:00PM.

Appointments for vehicle pick up MUST be made in advance as ALL title transfers will need to be done near our location prior to pick up. The winning Buyer must provide a valid I.D. and must be present at the time of pick-up or provide their transport company with a notarized document claiming that the signor has authorization to sign on behalf of the new title holder.
Removal: Buyer must email (PREFFERED) or call 24 hrs. in advance to schedule an appointment for pick-up! Monday thru Friday (8:30AM - 3:00PM) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! It is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay for items within 7 calendar days and remove the item(s) within 10 business days from payment date. Payments and pickup of winning items must take place within announced dates and times or items may be subject to default and forfeiture. Buyer is responsible for arrangment of all packaging, shipping and removal costs related to transporting the item. . No exceptions will be considered. If you cannot follow through with the purchase then please do not bid!
Forklift assistance and loading dock are available if needed. Buyers must have liability insurance in case of any damage.

Shipping & Pick Up Details

Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
Employees may not aid in the removal process unless forklift is required..
No exceptions will be considered.
Removal: Pick-up days / times are announced in the terms of each auction. Forklift assistance and loading dock are available if needed. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to remove the items. The Buyer must have liability insurance in case of any damage.
All items not removed by the 10th business day removal deadline will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or resold by Indiana University of PA.
