IronPlanet™ Promotes Groves, Pyron

Pleasanton, CA — April 24, 2007 — IronPlanet™ (www.ironplanet.com), an online auction house for used construction equipment and trucks, has promoted two associates into vice president roles.

Andrew Pyron has been promoted to vice president of national accounts. Before working for IronPlanet, Pyron was vice president of business development at Linc.net, a leading engineering and construction company in the communications and energy industries. Pyron has also held positions with MasTec, Neff Corporation and Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation. He has over 20 years of fleet asset management experience.
 
Mike Groves has been promoted to vice president of territory sales. In his previous job with IronPlanet, Mike was regional sales manager for the Southeast. Before working for IronPlanet, Groves was regional used equipment manager for Nortrax Southeast. Groves also held the position of vice president general manager of Forke Brothers Southeast.
