Weekly offering of vehicles, equipment and surplus from the Tennessee Department of General Services. State of Tennessee surplus auctions now run for ONE week and close EVERY Wednesday.

The removal deadline is 10 calendar days from the closing sale date. Any items not funded and removed within 10 days of the sale date will be defaulted and resold in the next sale. The 10-day deadline will be STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Winning Buyers are required to wait 24 hours after the Item Release Form is received to pick up their item(s) and NO drop-ins are permitted the day the auction closes. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO removal assistance available at the locations.  Buyer is responsible for ALL labor, equipment, logistics and associated fees to remove the items.
