Based on this evaluation, IronPlanet has established relationships with a key group of Transportation Partners. These Transportation Partners have significant heavy haul experience, are competitive in the marketplace, and have high standards of quality and customer service. They can best serve the transportation needs of our customers.

Meet IronPlanet's Transportation Partners:

IronPlanet encourages our customers to consider quotes from these Transportation Partners. After purchasing a piece of equipment, just request to receive transportation quotes from the IronPlanet Transportation Partners during checkout on the IronPlanet web site. Choosing to do business with one of our Transportation Partners provides the buyer with multiple benefits:

• Necessary equipment release documents will automatically be sent to the selected Transportation Partner once your full payment has posted for the transaction.
• After the equipment has been delivered, our Transportation Partner will provide IronPlanet with copies of any necessary documentation (e.g. Bills of Lading, export docs, etc.) to support sales tax treatment of the transaction, relieving you of this requirement.
• Any buyer who engages an IronPlanet Transportation Partner for transporting equipment and encounters an issue will receive assistance from IronPlanet in resolving the issue with our Partner.

Equipment buyers may always choose to make transportation arrangements themselves. However, IronPlanet cannot assist in the resolution of any issues for those buyers who engage a transportation provider other than one of IronPlanet's Transportation Partners to transport equipment. IronPlanet will not be held liable for any acts, omissions or negligence arising from third-party transportation arrangements whether from a partner or an outside transportation provider.

Transportation rates are subject to change and many factors affect transportation costs, including: machine type and configuration, distance and route traveled, as well as type of trailer and permits required to haul the load. In addition, be aware that a less-than-truckload shipment, which may be quoted for equipment weighing less than 25,000 pounds, tends to be cheaper than a full-truckload shipment, but typically takes longer for both pickup and delivery. The relationship/contract for transportation is ultimately between the buyer and the transportation provider. All questions about pickup dates, delivery dates, cost and payment information should be directed to the transportation provider.
