Position: National Accounts Manager
Locations: Positions available in NSW & VIC

Job Description:

We are looking for a National Accounts Manager who will initiate and implement sales based strategies to promote IronPlanet to national financial, mining and construction companies at a corporate level.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess and establish effective business relationships with clients of major financial institutions, national mining and construction companies and major OEMs
  • Work in conjunction with our established Territory Managers to manage all interactions with clients and supplier bases to increase sales revenue
  • Aim to secure realistic growth in sales and volume within the area, improve market share and meet predetermined targets focusing on key corporate clientale

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years successful sales experience working with key decision makers in financial, construction or mining corporate head offices
  • The ability to develop profitable business practices, the confidence to make and substantiate business decisions and the drive to achieve sales budgets
  • Must have excellent communication, presentation and organization skills
  • Must be persistent, self-motivated and willing to travel
  • Computer prificient in Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Detailed equipment experience is not nevessary, although equipment experience will be highly regarded
  • Auction experience will be well regarded
