The position

The Contracts Administrator is responsible for process and system improvements to help drive sales for IronPlanet. You'll be working directly with the legal department and sales and sales operations teams to coordinate contracts and customer agreements. The position is located in the Tyrone, Georgia office and reports to the Contracts Director.

The responsibilities

  • Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of customer agreements
  • Support the legal team on a variety of contract-related matters
  • Provide further support on other legal matters, which may include insurance, litigation and regulatory and licensing matters
  • Create, innovate and update contract templates to help drive growth
  • Draft RFPs, RFIs and other supplier questionnaires for new customers
  • Help develop, implement and maintain a centralized file storage and documentation system
  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate/Associates Degree required
  • 2-5 years of experience in contract administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to manage a wide ranges of tasks
  • Paramount focus on customer service for internal and external clients
  • Adaptable, innovative, resourceful - in other words, self-starter with demonstrated initiative
