Gregory J. Owens

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Greg is responsible for IronPlanet, Inc.'s development, refinement and execution of the company's overall business strategy and tactics. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as Managing Director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue growth opportunities. Prior to that time, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled annual revenues to $300 million for the supply chain management software company. Before that, he served as Global Managing Partner, Supply Chain Management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) where he was a founding member of the company's supply chain group.

Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards including 3VR, Guardian Analytics, S1 Corporation, Secure Works, and Serena Software. Greg brings to IronPlanet many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business management.

Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board.

James J. Jeter


Jeff is responsible for leading IronPlanet, Inc.'s sales and new business planning activities including identifying strategic initiatives, developing operational strategies, and leading new market launch initiatives. Prior to joining IronPlanet, he served as Senior Principal at PRTM Management Consultants where he helped lead PRTM's customer experience consulting for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to joining PRTM, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU) where he executed global marketing strategies and managed the company's new business development and sales operations initiatives.

Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and international business to IronPlanet, including two international assignments for Iomega, a wholly owned subsidiary of EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and leader in innovative storage and network security solutions for small businesses, home offices and consumers. As Managing Director for Iomega's Asia-Pacific and European operations, he was a significant contributor to the growth of the company's $500 million European business.

Jeff holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Deborah M. Schleicher

Chief Financial Officer

Debbie leads IronPlanet's finance group, which includes accounting, financial reporting, compliance, planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions. She joined IronPlanet from Grant Thornton where, most recently, she served as the national partner in charge of the firm's Tax and Finance Optimization and Global Compliance and Reporting practices. Debbie led teams that worked to enhance companies' compliance and reporting processes and controls, improve finance and tax operational performance, and manage tax and reporting risk.

She brings more than 27 years of experience helping dynamic organizations meet their compliance and reporting obligations as well as driving strategy and growth for global public accounting firms. Prior to Grant Thornton, Debbie worked at international public accounting firms, including Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting is from the University of Delaware.

Susan T. Stillings

Chief Marketing Officer

Susan is responsible for leading IronPlanet's customer acquisition activities across all of its marketplaces as well as all of its global marketing and communication initiatives. She has more than 20 years of experience working with private and public companies, from start-ups to the Fortune 100, helping them develop their corporate narratives and brands. Susan also brings a strong background in investor relations, corporate communications and transaction work.

Her prior work includes practice leadership and business development roles with agencies Prosek Partners, Teneo Strategy, Ogilvy (Asia Pacific), and Edelman. She was also a partner at the Brunswick Group and a managing director at Joele Frank. Previously, she ran corporate communications for technology firms Iomega and Merisel. Susan has extensive international experience, having lived and worked in Hong Kong, as well as working with companies from China, Europe, Russia, and the Middle East.

Susan is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Her Bachelor of Economics and MBA are from the University of Michigan.

Jeffrey L. Barca-Hall

Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Engineering

Jeff is responsible for the development and operation of IronPlanet, Inc.'s proprietary online marketplace software which powers the company's family of websites. Prior to IronPlanet, Jeff was the Chief Technology Officer for Inprise/Borland Corporation and was responsible for the worldwide research and development organization.
Jeff's experience also includes software engineering management positions with Netscape, Symantec,Rapid Enterprise (a start-up which he co-founded) and DataEase.

Jeff holds a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Yale University.

Randall E. Berry

Senior Vice President, Operations and Services

Randy is responsible for IronPlanet, Inc.'s operations organization, including inspection services, customer care, titles & liens, and seller services. Randy also leads the company's Government Services business, including Prior to joining IronPlanet, Randy served as a Partner at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) for the firm's supply chain management consulting practice. Randy brings to IronPlanet more than 30 years of experience improving business performance in Fortune 1000 companies,
including an operations management position with Apple.

Randy graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Douglas P. Feick

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer

Doug is responsible for IronPlanet, Inc.'s worldwide legal affairs and corporate development activities. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Doug served as Executive Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel at ChoiceStream, Inc. where he managed all legal matters and was responsible for business and corporate development activities, including strategic partner negotiations and deal structuring. Prior to ChoiceStream, Doug was Vice President, Corporate Development and Associate General Counsel, International at Yahoo!, Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) where he first started and ran Yahoo!'s international legal group and then co-ran Yahoo!'s domestic and international corporate development activities.

He brings to IronPlanet more than 25 years of legal and business experience, including many years as primary outside counsel to a variety of high-growth internet, software and technology companies.

Doug graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University and a J.D. from the University of Southern California. Doug is a member of the State Bar of California.

Jeffrey L. Holmes

Senior Vice President, Government Solutions and Auction Management

Jeff is responsible for business development, management and growth of IronPlanet's federal, state and local government business, including our military relationships, and our GovPlanet marketplace. Prior to joining IronPlanet, he was partner and managing director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (formerly PRTM Management Consultants), where he focused on the Global Public Sector business opportunities group (or "GOV group"), including the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies. There, he worked extensively on business strategy, organizational alignment, sales and operations planning (S&OP), logistics and supply chain operations. Prior to his position at PRTM, Holmes was an EVP and the president of Worldwide Sales Operations at Manugistics Group Incorporated. During his tenure at Manugistics, he was responsible for developing the Government Business Unit and had oversight for worldwide revenue generation. He also managed seven corporate acquisitions for the company. Jeff has worked extensively in international logistics operations for Mars, Incorporated, including assignments in Russia and Canada.

Jeff retired from the U.S. Army in 1992 as a Lieutenant Colonel with 20 years of active service. He has been a member of the board of directors at both the Supply Chain Council and the American Electronics Association (now TechAmerica). He has an MS, Contracting and Acquisition Management, from Florida Institute of Technology, and a BA, in Political Science from University of Pittsbugh.

Sue L. McGregor

Managing Director, Canada

Sue is responsible for expanding IronPlanet, Inc.'s sales and operations in Canada. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Sue served as Vice President, Area General Manager, Western Canada for Aggreko. She was responsible for planning and managing the strategic direction of several regions in Western Canada. During her tenure at Aggreko Sue consistently exceeded the company's revenue targets, leading to high growth in Canada. Prior to Aggreko, she held the positions of Regional Sales and Marketing Director for RSC Equipment Rental and Director, Sales and Marketing at ALS Laboratory Group.

Sue brings more than 20 years of experience in the Canadian environmental, construction and utility industries, with a focus on the oil and gas services market.

Sue holds a technical diploma in chemistry from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and a MBA degree from Heriot Watt University.

Matthew J. Bousky

Vice President, New Business Development

Matt is charged with the continued growth, and development of new businesses globally. Matt was the first Sales Associate at IronPlanet, and since then, he has helped IronPlanet build its global sales team from the ground up. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Matt was a District Sales Manager at Caterpillar, Inc. where he managed dealer relationships and provided programs to help maximize their performance and profitability. In addition to District Sales Manager, he served as a Product Specialist for wheel loaders helping to launch the CAT G-Series, and as a business analyst developing pricing strategies for parts and machinery.

Matt brings more than 20 years of experience in equipment sales, finance and product development to IronPlanet.

Matt graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in finance and marketing.

Paul C. Blalock

Vice President, Sales

Paul is responsible for expanding IronPlanet's presence in the agriculture, powersports and truck markets. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Paul founded Digital Freight Inc., a successful online transportation marketplace bringing together logistics providers and shippers in an auction environment.

Paul brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to IronPlanet, including 10 years in sales management positions with J.B. Hunt Transport Inc.

Paul holds a B.A. in Marketing from Auburn University.
