Gregory J. Owens
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Greg is responsible for IronPlanet's development, refinement and execution of the company's
overall business strategy and tactics. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as Managing
Director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue
growth opportunities. Prior to that time, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled annual revenues to $300 million for
the supply chain management software company. Before that, he served as Global Managing Partner,
Supply Chain Management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) where he was a founding member of the
company's supply chain group.
Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards
including 3VR, Guardian Analytics, S1 Corporation, Secure Works, and Serena Software. Greg brings to IronPlanet
many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business
management.
Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on
the President's Advisory Board as well as the Scheller College of Management Advisory Board.

James J. Jeter
President
Jeff is responsible for leading IronPlanet's sales and new business planning activities including
identifying strategic initiatives, developing operational strategies, and leading new market
launch initiatives. Prior to joining IronPlanet, he served as Senior Principal at PRTM
Management Consultants where he helped lead PRTM's customer experience consulting for Fortune 1000 companies.
Prior to joining PRTM, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU)
where he executed global marketing strategies and managed the company's new business development and sales
operations initiatives.
Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and
international business to IronPlanet, including two international assignments for Iomega,
a wholly owned subsidiary of EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and leader in innovative storage and network
security solutions for small businesses, home offices and consumers. As Managing Director for
Iomega's Asia-Pacific and European operations, he was a significant contributor to the growth of
the company's $500 million European business.
Jeff holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from Mercer University.

Deborah M. Schleicher
Chief Financial Officer
Debbie leads IronPlanet's finance group, which includes accounting,
financial reporting, compliance, planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions.
She joined IronPlanet from Grant Thornton where, most recently, she served as the national partner in charge of
the firm's Tax and Finance Optimization and Global Compliance and Reporting practices.
Debbie led teams that worked to enhance companies' compliance and reporting processes and controls,
improve finance and tax operational performance, and manage tax and reporting risk.
She brings more than 27 years of experience helping dynamic organizations meet their compliance
and reporting obligations as well as driving strategy and growth for global public accounting firms.
Prior to Grant Thornton, Debbie worked at international public accounting firms,
including Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Debbie is a Certified Public Accountant and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting is from the University of Delaware.

Matt Ackley
Chief Marketing Officer & Senior Vice President
Matt leads IronPlanet's marketing and customer acquisition efforts across all of our brands.
Matt has extensive experience leading marketing and product development for e-commerce brands such as eBay, Google, Marin Software
and FairMarket. He is an engineer by training and was an early innovator in online marketplace technology.
At eBay, Matt was vice president, Advertising and Marketing where he focused on revenue and demand generation,
including strategic partnerships. In his prior role as senior director, Platform Solutions group, he was responsible for seller tools,
eBay's Developers Program, and private marketplaces. After eBay, he was managing director, Media and Platform Market Development
at Google. From there, he went on to join Zerve, Marin Software and Practice Fusion in various marketing and product leadership positions.
At FairMarket, which was acquired by eBay in 2003, he was instrumental in the growth of its private label marketplace platform.
Early in his career, he was a consultant at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Matt has an M.B.A. from Harvard and a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Duke University.

Jeffrey L. Barca-Hall
Chief Technology Officer & Senior Vice President, Engineering
Jeff is responsible for the development and operation of IronPlanet's proprietary
online marketplace software which powers the company's family of websites. Prior to IronPlanet, Jeff was the
Chief Technology Officer for Inprise/Borland Corporation and was responsible for the worldwide research and development organization.
Jeff's experience also includes software engineering
management positions with Netscape, Symantec, Rapid Enterprise (a start-up which he co-founded) and DataEase.
Jeff holds a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Yale University.

Randall E. Berry
Senior Vice President, Operations and Services
Randy is responsible for IronPlanet operations organization, including
inspection services, customer care, titles & liens, and seller
services. Randy also leads TruckPlanet, the company's marketplace dedicated to on-road and vocational trucks. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Randy was with Accenture's supply chain management consulting practice for 14 years, including four years as a Partner. Randy brings more than 30 years of experience to IronPlanet
improving business performance in Fortune 1000 companies,
including an operations management position with Apple.
Randy graduated with a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Douglas P. Feick
Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Chief Legal Officer
Doug is responsible for IronPlanet's worldwide legal affairs and corporate development
activities. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Doug served as Executive Vice President,
Business Affairs and General Counsel at ChoiceStream, Inc. where he managed all legal
matters and was responsible for business and corporate development activities,
including strategic partner negotiations and deal structuring. Prior to ChoiceStream,
Doug was Vice President, Corporate Development and Associate General Counsel,
International at Yahoo!, Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) where he first started and ran Yahoo!'s
international legal group and then co-ran Yahoo!'s domestic and international corporate
development activities.
He brings to IronPlanet more than 25 years of legal and
business experience, including many years as primary outside counsel to a variety of
high-growth internet, software and technology companies.
Doug graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University and a J.D. from the University of Southern
California. Doug is a member of the State Bar of California.
