Gregory J. Owens — President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Greg is responsible for IronPlanet's development, refinement and execution of the company's overall business strategy and tactics. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as Managing Director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue growth opportunities. Prior to that time, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled annual revenues to $300 million for the supply chain management software company. Before that, he served as Global Managing Partner Supply Chain Management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) where he was a founding member of their supply chain group. Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards including Serena Software, Inc., S1 Corporation and SecureWorks, Inc. Greg brings to IronPlanet many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business management.

Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board.


Jeffrey L. Barca-Hall — Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Jeff is responsible for the development and operation of IronPlanet's website and applications, including our proprietary auction software.  Prior to joining IronPlanet, Jeff was the Chief Technology Officer for Inprise/Borland Corporation.  In that role, Jeff had responsibility for an R & D organization of more than 250 people producing award-winning software products with combined annual revenue approaching $200 million.  He brings to IronPlanet many years of experience in software engineering and management with Inprise/Borland, Netscape (prior to its acquisition by America Online), Symantec, and Rapid Enterprise, a start-up which Jeff co-founded.

Jeff holds a B.A. degree in Engineering Sciences from Yale University.


William D. Coleman — Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Bill is responsible for overseeing Operations, Marketing and Product Management.  Prior to joining IronPlanet, Bill was the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at photoaccess.com, a company that Bill co-founded in 1997.  In this role, Bill was responsible for business and customer partnerships, as well as all aspects of inbound and outbound marketing.  He brings to IronPlanet 15 years of experience in product management, product usability and product development with photoaccess.com, Hewlett-Packard, and Symantec, where he served as the Vice President of Product Development, responsible for ACT! WinFax, and pcAnywhere, and as the General Manager for the ACT! product group.

Bill holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois, and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.


James J. Jeter — Senior Vice President, International and New Business
Jeff is responsible for leading IronPlanet's international and new business planning activities including identifying strategic initiatives, developing operational strategies, and leading new market launch initiatives.

Prior to joining IronPlanet, Jeff served as Senior Principal at PRTM Management Consultants where he helped lead PRTM's customer experience consulting for Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to PRTM, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Marketing for Manugistics, a leading supply chain management software company, where he executed Manugistics' global marketing strategies as well as managed their new business development and sales operations initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, and international business to IronPlanet, including two international assignments for Iomega where he was Managing Director for their Asia-Pacific and European operations where he was a significant contributor to the growth of Iomega's $500 million European business.

Jeff holds a BA degree from Wake Forest University and MBA from Mercer University.


Graeme S. McPherson — Managing Director, IronPlanet Australia Pty limited
Graeme is responsible for establishing IronPlanet's green field Australian business based in Brisbane Australia.

Graeme has been involved in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry in a variety of capacities ranging from General Management to Sales and Marketing for the past 35 years and brings to IronPlanet Australia Pty Limited excellent experience and knowledge of the industries that he has been involved with over the past three and a half decades.

Prior to joining the IronPlanet executive team Graeme was the principal of a Business Consulting company providing managerial, strategic and marketing programs to a variety of Australian companies which included "Auction Centre", an Australian auction company specializing in the online auctioning of capital equipment.

Prior to establishing his own business consulting enterprise, Graeme was the General Manager - Agricultural for WesTrac, the Caterpillar dealer for Western Australia, New South Wales and Northern China. Graeme has also worked in the capacity of general manager for Pacific Dunlop, BTR Nylex, The Koppens Group, Haselmere Securities and Chartwell Industries.


Carol J. Parrella — Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Adminstrative Officer
Carol is responsible for IronPlanet's financial, contractual, risk management and administrative operations in support of the company's overall business strategy and model.  Prior to joining IronPlanet, Carol served as the business manager of a $300M unit of DynCorp with 4,000 employees.  Carol brings to IronPlanet 25 years of senior financial and administrative management, business strategy and systems reengineering experience with DynCorp, DynMcDermott, and many other consulting partner companies.

Carol holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.


Michael L. Rich — Vice President of Sales
Mike is responsible for building, developing and managing IronPlanet's sales team, and assists in the design and support of our marketing efforts.  Prior to joining IronPlanet, Mike was Executive VP and General Manager of a major construction and aggregate firm in Florida, and before that was the Vice President and Corporate Sales Manager for Forke Auctioneers where he put together the sales force and oversaw revenue growth from approximately $70 million to over $300 million.  In Mike's 28 years in the construction equipment industry, he's held the positions of Manager of Dealer Relations, Used Equipment Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Manager and general line Sales Representative with companies such as Ring Power, Kelly Tractor, Albert Equipment Company, Forke Auctioneers and Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers.

Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Florida.


Reza Bundy — Founder
Prior to founding IronPlanet, Reza was a research analyst at Bain Willard Companies, a leveraged buyout/venture capital firm. In this role, Reza had responsibility for researching and evaluating investment opportunities.  Reza has extensive research and strategic planning experience from his previous positions at Bain Willard Companies,The Economist Intelligence Unit, ABC News and the Harvard Business School.

Reza attended the University of London, where he majored in International Studies.  He is a member of the IISS (International Institute for Strategic Studies) and the Royal Institute for International Affairs, Chatham House.
