Greg is Chairman and CEO of IronPlanet, Inc., responsible for development, refinement and execution of the company's overall business strategy and tactics. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as Managing Director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue growth opportunities. Prior to that time, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled annual revenues to over $300 million for the supply chain management software company. Before that, he served as Global Managing Partner Supply Chain Management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) where he was a founding member of their supply chain group. Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards including Serena Software, Inc., S1 Corporation and SecureWorks, Inc. Greg brings to IronPlanet many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business management.
Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board.
Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
Ted Schlein joined Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers in 1996 and focuses on early-stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets, including ventures within the networking and consumer security arenas. Ted serves on the board of directors of 3VR, Alien Vault, Chegg, Inspirato, Ionic Security, IronPlanet, Jive Software, Nebula, Reputation.com, Shape Security, Synack and Verdiem. Additionally, Ted oversees KPCB's investments in Bit9 and Endgame Systems.
Arthur is a General Partner at the venture capital firm of Accel Partners. Arthur works closely with startup entrepreneurial teams in the areas of Enterprise Software and Communication Services. As a Director and lead investor he has helped a number of companies in each area to become public companies.

Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at Eventbrite, Inc., a privately-held online event registration service, which he joined in June 2013. Prior to joining Eventbrite, Mark held CFO roles at, Heartflow, Shutterfly and Rearden Commerce. He also held senior leadership roles at Yahoo!, eBay, and PayPal. During his tenure at eBay, Mark led the global finance organization through periods of extraordinary growth marked by increasing revenues from roughly $450 million to over $5 billion. Mark held corporate and operational finance responsibilities for both eBay and PayPal, one of several acquisitions for which he led the due diligence and finance integration programs. Prior to his leadership roles in corporate finance, Mark spent nearly 20 years in the public accounting profession, including eight years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, where he served as the Global Leader of the firm's Internet Industry Practice and the Partner in Charge of the firm's Silicon Valley Software Industry Practice.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University Sacramento and later became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mark is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Intuitive Surgical, Inc.
Phil is a career Caterpillar executive who is well-known in the mining and manufacturing industries around the world. In his current role, he is responsible for distribution and implementing best practices and processes across the Caterpillar dealer network in the Americas and Europe. Phil spent a large part of his career at Caterpillar in mining in many geographies, including Australia, Latin America and North America, where one of his tasks was a special assignment focused on the divestiture of Bucyrus distribution businesses.
He is a native of Australia, graduating from the University of Melbourne in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering with honors.
Phil is on the executive committee of the Australian consulate U.S. Midwest Business Advisory, a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and a board member of the Pan America Development Foundation.
Ring Power Corporation
Randy brings extensive experience in heavy equipment as head of Ring Power Corporation, one of the largest Caterpillar dealers in the southeastern U.S. He has served as president and chairman of Ring Power since 2004, having been named president in 1986. He also serves on the boards of RPC Inc. and Pipeline Machinery, and on the advisory boards of Cat Auction Services and the Mayo Clinic Foundation.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina, and also served in the National Guard and U.S. Coast Guard.
