Gregory J. Owens - IronPlanet
Greg is Chairman and CEO of IronPlanet, responsible for development, refinement and execution of the company's overall business strategy and tactics. Prior to joining IronPlanet, Greg served as Managing Director at Red Zone Capital, a Washington, D.C. private equity firm focused on strong revenue growth opportunities. Prior to that time, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:MANU), where he doubled annual revenues to over $300 million for the supply chain management software company. Before that, he served as Global Managing Partner Supply Chain Management at Accenture (NYSE:ACN) where he was a founding member of their supply chain group. Greg also serves, or has served, on several outside boards including Serena Software, Inc., S1 Corporation and SecureWorks, Inc. Greg brings to IronPlanet many years of experience and proven results in revenue growth and supply chain business management.
Greg holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and serves on the President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board.
Ted Schlein - Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
Ted is a Managing Partner at the venture capital firm of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). He serves on the board of ArcSight, ENDFORCE, Evant, Fortify Software, IronPlanet, Ketera Technologies, Oakley Networks, and oversees the company's interest in Internet Security Systems and New Vine Logistics. Additionally, Ted serves on the board of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
Since its founding in 1972, KPCB has backed entrepreneurs in 450 ventures, including AOL, Align, Amazon.com, Citrix, Compaq Computer, Electronic Arts, Genentech, Genomic Health, Google, IDEC Pharmaceuticals, Intuit, Juniper Networks, Netscape, Lotus, LSI Logic, Sun Microsystems, Symantec, Verisign and Xilinx. More than 150 of the firm's portfolio companies have gone public. Many other ventures have achieved success through mergers and acquisitions.
Arthur Patterson - Accel Partners
Arthur is a General Partner at the venture capital firm of Accel Partners. Arthur works closely with startup entrepreneurial teams in the areas of Enterprise Software and Communication Services. As a Director and lead investor he has helped a number of companies in each area to become public companies.
Accel Partners is dedicated to helping outstanding entrepreneurs build world-class technology companies. Accel's contributions extend well beyond financing and include strategic guidance, recruiting, business development and partnering.
Roger S. Siboni
Roger brings more than 30 years of experience and executive level management in technology and financial management to the IronPlanet board. Most recently Roger served as president and chief executive officer of E.piphany Inc. from August 1998 to July 2003. From 2003 to October 2005, Roger served as chairman of the board for E.piphany. Prior to August 1998, he was with KPMG Peat Marwick for more than 20 years, serving most recently as deputy chairman and chief operating officer. Roger also sits on the boards of directors of ArcSight Inc., Cadence Design Systems Inc., Dolby Laboratories Inc. and infoGROUP Inc. In the past, Siboni served on the boards of Active Software Inc., Corio Inc., FileNet, Macromedia and Pivotal Corporation.
A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, Roger is past chairman of the advisory board for the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
Mark Rubash - Eventbrite
Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at Eventbrite, Inc., a privately-held online event registration service, which he joined in June 2013. Prior to joining Eventbrite, Mark held CFO roles at, Heartflow, Shutterfly and Rearden Commerce. He also held senior leadership roles at Yahoo!, eBay, and PayPal. During his tenure at eBay, Mark led the global finance organization through periods of extraordinary growth marked by increasing revenues from roughly $450 million to over $5 billion. Mark held corporate and operational finance responsibilities for both eBay and PayPal, one of several acquisitions for which he led the due diligence and finance integration programs. Prior to his leadership roles in corporate finance, Mark spent nearly 20 years in the public accounting profession, including eight years as a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, where he served as the Global Leader of the firm's Internet Industry Practice and the Partner in Charge of the firm's Silicon Valley Software Industry Practice.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University Sacramento and later became a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. Mark is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committees of Intuitive Surgical, Inc. and Line 6, Inc.
Stephanie Tilenius - Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
Stephanie Tilenius is an Executive-in-Residence at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers where she works primarily with late-stage KPCB portfolio companies, with an emphasis on companies in the Digital Growth Fund. Previously, Stephanie was at Google where she was vice president of global commerce and payments, helping build and launch new products and platforms including Google Wallet, Google Offers and Google Shopper. Prior to joining Google, she was at eBay for nine years, and in her last role was SVP of eBay.com and global product and helped lead the eBay Marketplace turnaround - during her time at eBay, she also ran eBay Motors and eBay Asia Pacific and Latin America. As general manager and vice president of PayPal Merchant Services - the PayPal platform for web and mobile - she helped grow the company and platform from a less than $10 million business into a multi-billion business and global payments platform over a period of four years. Previously, Stephanie was a co-founder of PlanetRx.com which went public on the NASDAQ in 1999 and she has worked at Intel, AOL, Firefly and Alex. Brown.
Stephanie currently serves on the board of Coach, Inc. and is the Chair of the CA Harvard Business School Research Center. In addition, she is an advisor to Bloomreach.com and Citruslane.com. Stephanie holds a BA and MA from Brandeis University, as well as an MBA from Harvard.
