The IronPlanet IronClad Assurance® symbol lets you know that one of our
inspectors has personally visited the item and conducted a visual inspection of
key components, taken photographs, taken selected measurements and
retrieved oil/fluid samples for lab analysis.
The findings from each inspection are presented free of charge for you to
review before bidding on the Equipment. We provide assurance to you
that this inspection report is a fair representation of the Equipment in its
true condition.
Buy with confidence at IronPlanet Auctions. With the IronClad Stamp of
Assurance you can be confident that "what you see (in the Inspection Report*) is
what you get (when you receive the Equipment)".
*The Inspection Report and the specific terms and conditions of the IronClad
Assurance are set forth in the IronPlanet Terms and Conditions.
Restrictions
Using the line items, including all photos, of our
Inspection Report as the basis for comparison, the buyer has one business day
after receipt of the equipment to report to IronPlanet any claim of a
significant discrepancy between the condition of the equipment received and the
condition described in the Inspection Report, when IronClad Assurance applies.
In the case that a claim is filed in accordance with the terms and conditions
(see IronPlanet Terms and Conditions section VI), and if the discrepancy is
validated through the IronPlanet dispute resolution process, IronPlanet may
either elect to refund the purchase price plus transportation costs to the
buyer, or settle such claim in another mutually beneficial manner to the
buyer.
Please Note: All disputes must be submitted prior to
constructive receipt of the equipment, as per Section V of the IronPlanet Terms
and Conditions, and are subject to a $500 deductible.

Ford 445C Landscape Loader w/ Box Blade
Open operator station, diesel engine, 4-spd manual w/ shuttle shift, 11L-16 front & 16.9-24 rear tires, 88" loader bucket, 85" rear blade. The ignition switch had to be bypassed at the starter solenoid. The engine ran after being jump-started (by another machine). The drivetrain engaged in forward and reverse. The hydraulic system responded to the controls. Several covers and shields are missing. The box blade and loader bucket are bent. The main components appear to be in place and operational. ****This item subject to storage fees of $100 per day if not removed after 30 business days following the close of auction. Item must be removed before end of 60 days after close of auction to avoid abandonment
