In the case that a claim is filed in accordance with the terms and conditions (see IronPlanet Buyer Terms and Conditions section 6), and if the discrepancy is validated through the IronPlanet dispute resolution process, IronPlanet may either elect to refund the purchase price plus transportation costs to the buyer, or settle such claim in another mutually beneficial manner to the buyer. All disputes must be submitted prior to constructive receipt of the equipment, as per Section 6 of the IronPlanet Buyer Terms and Conditions, and are subject to a $500 deductible.
